POSITION SUMMARY: As a Social Service Clinician you will assess and evaluate patients conducting individual, family and/or group therapy. In this role you will function as the primary contact from initial treatment to discharge planning all while providing therapeutic support. You will need to maintain a safe and efficient working/ treatment environment promoting implementation of therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule. You will need to have the ability to communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure safe, quality care to be essential to success!
EDUCATION: Can consider MSW (Master of Social Work)
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Clinical licensure not required. Licensure, as determined by the State, required to complete the essential job functions of the position required. CPI/CPR per policy.
EXPERIENCE: (preferred)
Two years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams.
Two years of social service experience with at least one-year experience working with behavioral health populations in an acute care setting.
Clinical training in evidenced-based treatment modalities including individual, group and family interventions.
