Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team, fostering innovative and best practice standards of care.  This  position offers flexible hours, servicing the Bloomfield area.

Responsibilities and Duties

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) independently evaluates, determines treatment strategies and provides direct or indirect services that identify, restore and rehabilitate disorders of communication, cognition and swallowing to maximize a patient’s safety and independence. As part of a large team of Speech Pathologists across Hartford Healthcare Rehabilitation Network, there is ongoing support for professional development in more advanced practices. Reports to Department Manager/Director.

Qualifications

• SLP experience required, home health experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college/university.
• State of Connecticut License in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence
• CPR certification required.
