As the Lead, Sales Enablement at GXO Logistics, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and oversight of the Sales Excellence Playbook for a division within GXO's AmAPAC region. This role will liaze with divisional stakeholders, managing the adoption of global sales processes, while leveraging technology & automation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the go-to-market teams.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Perform analysis and proivde reporting to identify trends, track performance, and monitor overall pipeline health.
- Lead the sales forecast and track the incentive program for the division. Facilitate the win/loss process to incorporate learnings in the Sales process.
- Lead the implementation of AmAPAC's Sales Excellence playbook for a division. Manage adoption of global sales processes, while leveraging technology & automation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the go-to-market teams.
- Drive the adoption of Sales Excellence to maximize sales productivity. Control and Monitor Results: Ensure right key performance indicators (KPIs) in place to achieve right outcomes for our customers and to measure business impact. Analyze sales outcome and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement to drive sustainable revenue.
- Lead the sales forecast and track the incentive program for the division. Facilitate the win/loss process to incorporate learnings in the Sales process.
- Define a learning and development agenda in conjunction with Sales Leadership to ensure effective on-boarding, and continuous skills development for front lines sales teams.
- Problem Solving and Insights: Synthesizes findings into insights across sales projects, including implications that inform sales go-to-market objectives, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions and proactively identifying expansive ideas for field and partner sales strategy.
- Leverages insights to develop recommendations and seeks to provide thought leadership (e.g., sales trend identification, implications of competitor moves, solution area gaps) around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues for GXO sales processes. Creates frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights. Shares best practices with peers.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing or related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 4 years of direct experience in sales support or equivalent experience. Experience selling B2B solutions and/or working on B2B sales teams preferred
- Knowledge of sales enablement technologies (CRM tools), processes and best practices
- Data-driven mindset to drive sales and revenue growth
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
