This position requires a self-motivated individual willing to work safely in a team based system. They need to have the ability to schedule their work, prioritize their work load, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Good troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis skills are required to make proper repairs. Preventive and predictive skills are required to keep equipment running safe and efficient. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A desire for continuous improvement of technical skills and quality workmanship are required to meet our customers increasing demands.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be able to work all shifts including rotating and/or straight night shift. Overtime including weekends will be required.
Qualifications:All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a minimum of a 2-year associate degree. In lieu of a degree, candidates must possess 2-5 years of experience in an electro/mechanical, electrical or electronics field. Additionally, any combination of the technical skills trade education and machine maintenance experience listed previously will be considered.

The modern, fully equipped corrugated manufacturing facility allow us to create and produce a wide range of innovative corrugated products – everything from ordinary brown boxes to intricate die cut inner pack to high graphic packaging.
