HOWTHE ASSET MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Assuming responsibility for the success of all IT asset lifecycle services such as purchasing, asset management, warehousing, and the coordination and technical support for IT HW and SW installations;
Evaluating and monitoring the security practices of vendors and supply chain partners;
Maintaining program service levels and specifications as they pertain to ITassets and end user support SLAs;
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with HW, SW, and support vendors;
Adhering to a formal change control process to ensure agreement on all objectives and tasks;
Adhering to the quality assurance plan for the program and all task orders.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: A bachelor’s degree(or equivalent years of experience) in a relevant field and anITIL 4 Foundation Certificationarerequired.
Experience: at least eight (8) years of experience providing end-user support services, five (5) of which spent providing direct customer support. In addition, the Asset Managerwill have four (4) years of experiencemanaging a large, distributed team, configuration management (i.e., CMDBs), and vendor management.Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards.
Security clearance level: All contract personnel must pass a United States Capitol Police background check and are required to be U.S. persons (i.e., Green Card Holder, US Permanent Resident) to be eligible to work on the contract.
Skills and abilities:Experience delivering to ‘white glove’ service standards including serving a large VIP population.
