Role Summary/Purpose:
In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the senior executive of Contracts and Government Property Executive as well as the Chief Strategy Officer, and Lean Executive.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with limited supervision, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and provide direct support to the Contracts and Government Property senior executive, Chief Strategy Officer, and Executive Director Lean.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Extensive / complex calendar management for the senior executives you support.
- Manage end-to-end travel planning, including both domestic & international travel, arranging visas, etc.
- Process expenses in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain documents & standard work cadences for the senior executives you support.
- Maintain accurate distribution lists for the department.
- Update department Org Charts & regularly upload into Admin Box folder.
- Serve as department go-to for administrative inquiries/support.
- Serve as department focal for distributing flow down, information & announcements.
- Complete supplies ordering for Contracts and Government Property, Strategy, and Lean (office supplies, business cards, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms, catering, ad-hoc projects, customer or government leader visits, as needed.
- Assist with department engagement event planning & execution.
- Act as liaison for Senior Executive Leaders across the Defense & Systems organization, partnering with other admins and departments as needed.
- Organize monthly department meetings, including collecting materials from stakeholders and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Interface with high profile customers and/or other Executive Admin’s, including Military.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience.
- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to handle confidential information and use discretion.
- Experience working in and navigating computer applications such as SSS, MS Office Suite, MS TEAMS, and Concur.
