Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete mechanical, building, and grounds maintenance
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks
• Conduct appliance and equipment repairs
• Install technology systems
• HVAC, small engine repair, and/or welding experience is a plus
• Carry out all other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Trade school and HVAC certification preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• Excellent attendance record
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated individual who truly enjoys working with the senior population
