We are seeking a qualified Foreman/lead to join our crew!

A Day in the Life
-Complete repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems with your team
-You will lead, train, and delegate tasks to your team (1-2)
-Investigate and identify roof leaks, damage, and life expectancy of roofs
-Repairs, patches, and installation of various roof systems
-Most day-to-day work includes general maintenance: debris/snow removal, tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, etc.
-Communicate process and provide recommendations to clients
-Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed
-Respond to emergency leaks- on-call availability
We Are Seeking
-
3+ years experience with repairs and installation of flat-roofing systems
-Can independently install commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.
-Previous experience as a Foreman or lead is preferred but not required
-Able to determine life expectancy and conditions of roof surfaces.
-Able to lead, train, and delegate
-Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile apps
-Abide by all safety procedures
-Willing to submit background check and drug test
-Clean driving record (MVR)- able to drive company box truck
Schedule
-Monday-Friday, Full time- 40 hour weeks
-On-call availability-additional weekly compensation! (usually 1-2 weeks per month)
