Here’s what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:
Building strong and long-lasting relationships:
·
Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
·Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
·
Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
·Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
·Attend association, industry, and networking events
·Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
·
Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:
·Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
·Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
·Ability to conduct presentations virtually
·Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

·Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
