A Day In The Life
Work as a partner with various local HR Representatives to support our Service Operations across Canada and the USA
Ensure that there are consistencies across the HR portion of our Service organization in regards to processes and procedures
In-depth knowledge of all Service roles and regular evaluation of Service Operations job descriptions to reflect business needs
Work closely with the local Service manager and recruitment team to understand local recruitment market and on innovative recruitment ideas or suggestions
Assist with any recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone pre-screens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checks
Work closely with Service Training Specialist to create a comprehensive training schedule, conduct new hire orientations and assist new hires through onboarding process
Enter organizational changes into HRIS system and assist with any employee inquiries
Participate in HR or Service Operations special projects as needed

What We Are Seeking
Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, post-secondary college programs considered an asset
3+ years Human Resources experience preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and honest relationships
Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proactive and process-oriented working style, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate client needs while maintaining confidentiality
