Job DescriptionThe Print Quality Control (Proofing) team consists of on-site individuals that are responsible for reviewing a subset of all cadence based communications that are sent out to dealership customers. Print QC is either completed Pre-Production or Post-Production depending on what the specific programs require. They ensure that any issues that could result in customer dissatisfaction are caught prior to print approval being provided (Pre-Production) or on a go-forward basis (Post-Production). If an issue was found, they would coordinate the extraction, correction, and reprocessing with the Lettershop, Program Management, PHQ, & Production Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Perform quality control checks on manually entered data to ensure accuracy on marketing communications.
- Review marketing communications that Epsilon sends out on behalf of our clients via PDF files.
- Highlight problems with customer names, formatting, spelling and grammar, and/or marketing offers based on a pre-defined checklist for review by the internal sales, product and/or account teams.
- Utilize applications to correct information in marketing pieces, as approved by the product/account teams.
- Coordinate approvals & extractions with off-site fulfillment teams, as required per program
- Complete reprocessing jobs through internal application, coordinating with production support teams as needed to fulfill special requests
- Provide assistance to client inquiries on Epsilon Automotive products as it relates to direct mail communications
- Document client transactions in CRM database
- Assist in special projects-report generation, testing, research etc. as needed.
- Provide periodic status updates to management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior quality control experience is preferred, 1-2 years;
- Proof reading experience is a plus, but not required;
- Knowledge of grammar and proofreading notation required;
- Must have extreme attention to detail;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook required;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with extreme deadlines
- Willingness to work extended hours, if needed
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hr
