Shift: Mid / 5:30p-7a, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Will take call- call to be discussed during interview
Requirements:
- TN or Compact License
- Must have at least 2 yrs of OR experience with travel, or 3 yrs of OR experience with no travel
- BLS
Other Details:
- Must live at least 100 miles from facility
