If the traveler has RTO more than 5 days and is a MUST have to take the job we can attempt to screen to the facility. That being said please keep in mind many nurse managers will not consider screens on RTO.COVID boosters not required at this time.
Only the 1st two vaccinationsacor proper religious/medical declinations are required
Submittal Requirement:
Any Employment Gaps must be explained
Must include 12 months of references in the last 3 years related the specific skill set being placed
Profile must reflect 7 years work history if available (no employment gaps within the last 5 years)
Include all certifications with expirations on the profile
Degree graduation date must include month and year and type of degree acquired (BSN, ADN, nor Bachelors, Associates)
RN MUST complete 2 Legal Questions which is sent along with submittal
Recruiter MUST complete AMN Checklist which is sent along with submittal
Please add in additional notes if candidate is OK with floating
Please add in additional notes SSN & DOB
Submittal Process:
RN must complete the AMN 2 Legal Questions (under attachments tab) which is sent along with submittal
Once the profile is reviewed by AMN, they will send a VA Interview Link for RN to complete
Once RN completes the VA Interview, please inform the AM who will then inform AMN so it can be reviewed. If cleared, AMN will then send on to hospital manager for review or potentially auto-offer.
Other:
If your RN is being placed in Tele, Stepdown, ICU, or ER (for some facilities PACU, Pedi/PICU or Dialysis) they will have to complete an EKG exam. In an effort to decrease cancellations related to EKG failures, we are closely monitoring how they answer the Tele questions on the interview. Please prep your RN’s to review EKG interpretation prior to completing the interview.
**Client is very strict on start dates and will monitor compliance very closely. There are no exceptions for missed compliance dates, RN is automatically moved to the next date. Orientation at most Adventist Healthfacilities is held 2 times monthly.
**Files for Adventist facilities are averaging 24 hour review times at a minimum. Note that once file is reviewed and VA Interview is completed, it can take an additional 24-48 hours for a final decision/offer.
**All files other than those for Adventist Ocala are also manually submitted to the AMN AM for review.
