Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Outpatient
Shift: Variable D/E / 8a-4:30p (3) & 10a-6:30p (2), 8x5, 40 hrs per week, No weekend or holidays. No Call.
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CT License
- 2 Years Experience
- BLS

- Locals are not accepted
- Local Radius Rule: Candidates are considered local within 75 miles from the facility
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
5x8 shift: Variable start time. Shifts: 3 shifts at 0800-1630 and 2 shifts at 1000-1830. Schedule will be provided in advance.
No weekend or holidays
No Call.
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Productivity: staff expected to be booked a pt every half hour, eval counts as 2 pt
