Travel - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Shift:
Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, no on call, 1 weekend day 1-2x per month
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years experience
- BLS
- Preferred experience with behavioral health inpatient units
- Epic experience preferred
Others:
- 50 miles travel requirement
Job Description: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to treat and facilitate discharge of patients on adolescent behavioral inpatient unit. Includes completing intake assessments, providing brief interventions, communicating with collateral contacts, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
-LCSW
-BLS
-Preferred exp with behavioral health inpatient units
Shift Specification:
5x8, 0800 - 1630, Days, no on call, 1 weekend day 1-2x per month
Unit:
