About the team and the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead/Principal Product Manager to drive the growth strategy for eBay Live, our live streaming platform. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy to open up the viewer funnel and improve viewer to buyer conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build the product roadmap, identify the most efficient customer journeys, and implement the roadmap to drive incremental viewership and buyer conversion.

What you will accomplish:
Develop and implement the growth strategy for eBay Live, including building the product roadmap and identifying the most efficient customer journeys to drive incremental viewership and buyer conversion
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, and analytics, to execute the roadmap and achieve business goals
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the growth strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the live streaming market
Collaborate with domain partners to integrate eBay Live with other eBay products and services
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent. MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and user acquisition
Experience working on live streaming or video products is a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Alignment with eBay’s core values (customer obsession, innovation, and inclusion) demonstrated through driving results, collaboration, and using customer insights to inform product decisions
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$168,400 - $262,900Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
