• $535K- $555K Guaranteed Starting Salary with Incentive Bonus of $50K annually 
• Proven Annual Income of Up to $605, 500.00
• Compensation is Salary + Annual Incentives - Examples below:
  • Benefit Adjustment $13,570
  • Supplemented CME - $6,000
  • Cell Phone Allowance - $960
  • Pension Plan - (Employer Contribution no Payroll Deduction) $46,457 Annually
  • Up to $40,000 Annually for Incentivized Clinical Income

• Academic Hospital - Residents Shadow 
• 8 Fellow Trained Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs + 33 Residents 
• Full spectrum of case-mix 
• Pre and Post-Call Day Off -- 1:6 Call Rotation

• Anesthesiology - Board Certification 
• New grad as well as experienced providers welcome
