The Operations Management Analyst I will support strategic, operational, data quality, and efficiency projects in collaboration with multiple boundary partners across Cox Communications. This role will serve as analyst and problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.This role will also work on projects to analyze, define, streamline, recommend and support the execution of process improvements as needed. They will support other team members activities as needed. To be successful in this role, they will need to understand and analyze multiple aspects of the business, be able to work independently, work across matrix organizations, and develop relationships.
What You'll Do
- Analyze current state and contribute to recommending process changes.
- Working with a team to develop, analyze and recommend solutions for current and new processes.
- Participate and provide input to project team discussions.
- Provide thorough communications updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to determine areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Analyze situations and develop/recommended process changes.
- Supports process implementation through education, training, or facilitation.
- Develop job aids and train appropriate team members.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work independently or with multiple team members.
- Works under limited supervision, relying on experience and independent judgement when applying the best approach for achieving desired outcomes.
- Provide clear and thorough communications, whether written, verbal, presentations, meetings, email, etc.
- May be consulted by other team members for advice and assistance as needed.
- Complete other work assignments as requested.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications.
- Proficient user of ICOMS, OPTIX, & CB Force.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills required in a complex B2B environment with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to design training and present to audiences.
- Ability to listen actively and develop responses based on that input.
- Experience working on teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.

- Experience with Network Inventory Management systems.
- Experience with Network Serviceability principles.
- Experience with WATTS, JIRA, and Remedy.
- Experience working with Carrier and Retail sales channels.
USD 48,200.00 - 72,400.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $48,200.00 - $72,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
