Cox Communications is currently seeking a
Senior Systems Engineer to oversee Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) Fulfillment, in accordance with regulatory statutes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of privacy requests submitted by consumers, adhering to all necessary requirements and protocols. Utilizing ServiceNow as the front-end interface and workflow orchestrator, integrated with the BigID application for data retrieval, you will oversee the connection to targeted CCI data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall day-to-day responsibility for delivery of the Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) operations.
- Functions as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Information Management applications in scope for DSAR process.
- Responsible for conducting monthly executive reviews to review SLA/SLO performance and discussions reviewing the quality of the DSR Managed Services
- Coordination of activities necessary for providing the agreed upon DSR Managed Services
- Conducts weekly operational status review to track resolution of specific issues and activities, discuss upcoming business events that may impact DSR operations workload and prioritization of loads and resources.
- Manages the resources assigned to provide the DSR Managed Services
- Aligns resources consistent with the delivery of the agreed upon DSR Managed Services
- Deliverables are being produced on a timely basis and meet the agreed upon quality standards
- Issue resolution is timely and efficient
- Quality of DSR Managed Services are consistent with agreed upon expectations as noted in this SOW
- Reasonable and appropriate steps are taken to mitigate delivery risks associated with provision of the DSR Managed Services
- Demonstrate experience in data requirements/design, data flow and data architecture.
- Demonstrate experience in project delivery - execution of data driven deliverables.
- Demonstrate experience with data platforms: ODS, DW/Mart & Big Data and Cloud.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
- 2 years of experience in creating requirement based on architecture and design.
- 2 years of experience in PL/SQL, MS Excel Skills including Data Analysis & Mapping.
- 2 years of experience in configuring, developing and solutions deployments.
Preferred
- BigID application administration experience
- Informatica based products of IDQ, EDC/Axon, ETL
USD 88,300.00 - 147,100.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
