Your Mission:
- Team Leader Extraordinaire: Guide and direct our maintenance crew, setting schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring top-notch work quality.
- Custodial Commander: Oversee custodial staff as they sweep, polish, dust, and keep our auction grounds spotless. Jump in to help when needed!
- Repair Guru: Coordinate and assist with building repairs and ground maintenance, from mowing lawns to fixing structural issues.
- Efficiency Expert: Monitor work volumes, staffing levels, and performance metrics to keep everything on track and improve where needed.
- Mentor and Motivator: Counsel and discipline employees, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a positive work environment.
- Quality Inspector: Ensure all completed work meets our high standards and specifications.
- Equipment Whiz: Inspect, test, and repair equipment and systems to keep them in perfect working order.
- Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including water testing reports.
- Inventory Manager: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate purchases as needed.
- Event Prep Pro: Assist with and oversee pre-sale and pre-event setups.
- Safety Champion: Follow and promote all safety procedures, working closely with safety leadership.
- Role Model: Lead by example, embodying our values and ensuring everyone is treated with respect.
- Policy Enforcer: Uphold all company policies related to employee and customer conduct.
- Flexible Worker: Be prepared to work more than 40 hours per week as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience, a master's degree and 1 year of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience.
- Skills: Excellent teamwork skills and a valid driver's license.
- Preferred: OSHA experience, a degree in a related discipline, industry experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
