WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be working on highly visible projects where you can showcase your skills and make a real impact. You will have the ability to collaborate daily with thought leaders, expert colleagues from across the organization, and a team of exceptional engineers.The initial focus of the Lead Product Manager will be to help refine and deliver a creative new solution for a defined dealer segment. However, the team you are joining has a long history - and solid track record - of product innovation and thought leadership. So, the potential for your scope and impact will not be limited by a single product.The Lead Product Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing one or more products. The role includes but is not limited to contributing to and managing the product roadmap, overseeing the implementation and working in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to develop products that meet the needs of our consumers and clients. Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in Product Management along with other job disciplines within the organization in order to successfully manage the product. Manages one or more products of strategic importance to the organization due to high growth value, involving large cross-functional teams.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in the automotive/dealer industry preferred
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of business, product maturity and performance, and industry principles, practices, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology.
- Familiar with recognized industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific, and has a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry or business
- Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
- Experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.
- Experience in in conducting competitive research and analysis.
- Experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value.
- Experience with executive presentations.
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional, and complex team environment.
USD 117,400.00 - 195,700.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $117,400.00 - $195,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
