Role Overview
Our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) practice focuses on providing Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, Machine Learning solutions and Analytics for mission critical business processes to major industries globally.It is one of the largest practices across the globe and one of the fastest growing practices in the company, and a key pillar of our digital offerings.
We are seeking a Presales Solution Specialist with strong experience in insurance operations automation and transformation to support our service line specialists (sales) to help expand our footprint in this area.
In this role, the Presales Solution Specialist will be responsible pre-sales solutioning, positioning, scoping opportunities, and mobilizing solutions during presales, sales and program startup for clients in his/her portfolio.
Responsibilities
·Help craft our offerings in partnership with our sales, delivery and consulting teams
·Support our sales team in presenting our offerings to prospective clients
·During pursuit phase, working with client to scope client needs, objectives and requirements
·Lead solutioning for proposals and RFP responses
·Lead mobilization of projects in partnership with our delivery team
·Serve as customer success director for key projects
·Engage with strategic product partners for joint marketing and sales, plan and participate in relevant industry events and so on. Drive pipeline planning, lead generation and joint pursuits with them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
·Insurance Operations – Deep experience and understanding of insurance operations including claims, new business, and servicing preferably across both L&A and P&C segments
·Insurance Operations Process Excellence – Experience driving process and operations improvements in insurance operations through levers such as automation, analytics, and six sigma process improvements
·Client-Facing Experience – Experience in client-facing role (especially presales) with consulting, analytics services, software/SaaS, or other services company preferred
·Collaborative, proactive leadership style
oStrong communication skills
oAbility to work collaboratively in a virtual and matrixed environment
oHands on working style
oComfortable working on concurrent pursuits and activities; ability to prioritize and manage time
·Willing to travel domestically ~ 20%
