Role overview
What you’ll do
· Design and develop enterprise content management solutions using FileNet technologies.
· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FileNet P8 - Workplace and Process Simulator.
· Lead the integration of FileNet P8 - Content Analytics and Image Services to improve data processing capabilities.
· Lead FileNet eForms and IBM FileNet administration to streamline document management processes.
· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and design effective solutions.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency with standard processes.
· Fix and resolve sophisticated technical issues related to FileNet systems.
· Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all development activities.
· Deliver training and support to junior team members on FileNet technologies and standard processes.
· Participate in project planning and deliver accurate estimates for development tasks.
· Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
What you bring to the role
· 8 to 12 years of proven experience in FileNet
· Possess a strong background in FileNet Viewer, FileNet P8, Workplace, and Process Simulator
· Demonstrated expertise in FileNet P8
· Experience with Process Engine, Content Engine, Content Analytics and Image Services.
· Show proficiency in FileNet eForms and IBM FileNet administration.
· Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience in GEB Gen domain is a plus.
Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in either Toronto or London, ON.
