We are seeking an experienced .Net Technical Lead with a strong emphasis on Angular to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in driving our software development projects forward, applying your expertise in .Net and Angular frameworks. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of high-quality, scalable applications while ensuring that best practices and coding standards are adhered to across the team. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and user experience, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex applications using .Net and Angular 8 or 13.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with collaborators to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or production.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions competitive.

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ year of experience in Java development, including proficiency in ASP.NET Core / .Net Core, Angular 8 or 13, Restful APIs, DevOps, .
• Minimum 3+ year of experience as a technical lead or team lead, coordinating the development of ASP.NET Core / .Net Core/ Angular 8 or 13 applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Banking or Financial Institution experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
