Role overview
As a Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of demonstrated ability, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Guidewire solutions particularly PolicyCenter. Your expertise will drive the success of renewal processes, ensuring seamless integration and customization. Your contributions will significantly enhance our service delivery and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Lead the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire predefined and custom plugins to enhance system functionality.
• Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to modernize development processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for renewals.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Guidewire solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of Guidewire solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations customizations and processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire solutions addressing any issues that arise.
What you bring to the role
• Possess strong technical skills in Guidewire PolicyCenter with extensive experience in implementation and customization.
• Have expertise in Guidewire integration concepts and implementation
• Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins ensuring flawless integration.
• Exhibit proficiency in Guidewire Studio optimizing development workflows.
• Have a deep understanding of renewal processes within the insurance domain.
• Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities addressing technical challenges effectively.
• Display strong communication skills facilitating collaboration with clients and teams.
