The Role:

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager with 15+ years’ experience building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our engineers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, and what we’re doing right, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.

Location:Wildwood, MO( Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Program Governance-

• Establishes,executes and oversees program governance ie stakeholder management,communication ceremonies,benefits` management, change management,scope management,etc.
• Execution Excellence.
• Establishes,executes,and oversees delivery estimation and planning team resouce and timeline across Cognizant organization pursuit through sprints/PIs.
• Metrics and Reporting.
• Ensures tracking/measurment and progress against established measures and metics eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures.
• Operational Excellence Provides insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices.
• Drive for Results.
• Drives optimal business value though scope management, change management, communication ceremonies, etc.
• Grow the Business.
• Supports pursuits and running them as a program as required.
• Collaborates with Commercial/Account Team to grow the business by identifying and defining business value opprtunities for the client.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the program.
• Community Development.
• Leads and personally contributes to the continous improvement of the program management guild and community best practices,networking,standards,training,tools,etc.
• Compliance.
• Owns the activation or instanciation for the MSA and SOW by knowing and monitoring compliance and adherence to these terms and their intent.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree strongly Preferred
• CX-Scrum Master
• Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM)
• Agile PLM
• 15+ years of experience in CX Scrum Master and PPM
• Having experience with Jira Align.
• Good in Stakeholder, communication, financial, resource management and all the management aspects.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, facilitating Agile development teams in the delivery of software solutions.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
