Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall: Approval Reduction Project - directive to remove unnecessary Regulatory and Quality (RAQ) approvers
- 45%: Work with division/process owners to identify processes that may have un-necessary RAQ approvers
- Coordinate and execute the updates of the corresponding documents and related PLM content (approval review templates, etc.)
- 45%: Work with division/process owners on ‘PLM reinstatement approval’ listing for approval routes
- Determine alternative approaches in PLM ENOVIA approval routes to address concerns from the business.
- Coordinate and execute the updates of the corresponding documents and related PLM content (approval review templates, etc.)
- 10%: Support PLM data searches and queries to help division/process owners make decisions on their document management changes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum [7] years of experience in one or more of the following areas: document management/document change control, quality management system (QMS) support, technical communications.
- Experience MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook).
- General understanding or familiarity using a product lifecycle management (PLM) software platform such as ENOVIA, Windchill or Teamcenter.
- Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to multi-task; and customer-centric mindset to help the business users with questions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using PLM ENOVIA software.
- Experience as a software technical writer or a QMS document management coordinator.
- Experience supporting a global organization that is ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 certified (health care or manufacturing).
