Senior Engineering Manager

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a motivated, and energetic Engineering Manager with enterprise level experience. Someone who feels comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile environment; develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. We are seeking someone who with 12-14 years of experience in Planview PPM.

Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to create new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

As a Sr. Engineering Manageryou will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineersoverseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goalsallocate resourcesand ensure timely delivery. Additionallyyou will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersdrive process improvementsand contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

·Bachelors degree in computer science management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education training or work experience

·Requires ten or more years work experience managing technical projects in financial services or a related industry or a related technical field

·These PMs should have experience geared toward implementation versus development

Salary Range for this role is $72,200 – $174,600
