COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT MANAGER
This position requires individual to be able to standup Environment in real-time & operationalize for end users. Job includes primary role in maturing the organization’s DevOps practice and Integrating Legacy Environments with System Integration environment.
This position will provide leadership and practices around the Technology Department; “Self-Service Analytics” capabilities. The position will own defining and managing customer data access and will partner with business leaders on delivering tools and associated practices for delivering internal dashboards and analytics.
This is a leading role of addressing, delivering, and managing New Enterprise environment Infra Build, Refresh Environment, Data Mask from Prod to lower configurations, Custom data migration, Code Sync between the environments.
Essential Skills
Ø8+ years of hands-on Technology Operations, Application support and 3+ years of tech lead and/or application/solution experience.
ØDemonstrable experience in executing multiple programs at the same time. Ability to lead large scale teams/operational incidents and projects to delivery.
ØDemonstrate significant understanding of DevOps Tools including Branching strategies, Branching tools, Automated Release pipeline processes, research on slow queries and performance issues, and configuring database security.
ØDemonstrable experience in Azure, DevOps, BitBucket, GitHub, Ansible
ØAbility to work with Infrastructure teams, application development teams, technical leads, developers and Architects to design and implement complex solutions.
ØExperience in identifying risks and plan on mitigation.
ØExperience managing multiple vendors and partners, collaborating on projects and overseeing performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
·Professional Consulting & Architect experience in Environment Framework, Workflow, CI/CD Pipeline, Build, Env booking, & Env Refresh Strategies
·Expertise in defining the process for pre-production environment, like environment management.
·Single point of contact for all test environment related issue for Client
·Monitor and review the progress of environment management activities.
·Takes lead in providing regular status reports to Client’s management team.
·End-to-end environment planning, environment provisioning, execution, and governance at program level
·Must have capability to Identify and Solicit Demand for Test Environments
·Prepare Due Diligence of existing landscape, process & tools, Define and Design Test Environments
·Conduct & engage in effective Requirement gathering Assessment exercise.
·Knowledgeable in Environment Sizing & Capacity planning (Collect and baseline Asset inventory/configurations)
·Prepare Test Environment Management strategies.
·Ability to handle Test Data Management (TDM) scope.
·Must be aware of security configurations & Define Quality Control “gates” for environment pipeline builds.
·Prepare and regularly Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Propose plans for Build and Construct of Environments
·Produce Templates - Environment requirements, Environment definition.
·As part of milestones, must be in a position to Establish enterprise environment management process framework.
·Must have phased approach and Plan for the Delivery of Environments with proper documentations.
·Work closely with QA group and Define Environment Quality Control
·Propose Delivery of various requirement of Environments (to Meet Identified Demand or Desire)
·Must have Experience in preparing Transformation for Operation and Support Enterprise Environments
·This position requires individual to Prepare and Present Enterprise Roadmap and walk through with customer including TEMS, PROD & DR
·Proactively identify alternative technical solutions, process gaps, technology and business, articulate issue trends relate it to business impacts.
·Provide leadership status by Conducting regular Governance meetings with clear agenda and progress updates.
Technical Skills
1Certifications and hands on experience in cloud technologies - DevOps, Azure, AWS, GitHub/BitBucket, Ansible, Docker
2Real-time Working knowledge on Jira, Kanban, Dynatrace, Splunk
Must have Skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 131,610 – 164,600 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program,based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
