An outstanding Hospital located in Washington Wine Country is looking for a Quality Manager to join their fantastic and dedicated team at their critical access facility!

The Quality Manager will have multiple FTES reporting up including a Supervisor and multiple Quality team members. It is important to note that the Manager will be in full contact with all Departments and Senior Leaders within the facility to ensure the implementation of quality and risk is overseen. This position hold a lot of responsibility in preventing harm or distress to any patients at the organization. Previous experience in a Quality Management position is strong preferred to be considered for this opportunity as well as a BSN. 

 The responsibilities of the Quality Manager may include, but are not limited to;

• Assist in leading and overseeing all quality management activities for the hospital
• Including: JHACO compliance, risk management and safety, performance improvement, and infection control 
• Directs product testing to ensure facility is following quality standards and government regulations
• Lead department meetings in absence of Director of Quality to ensure all Directors are following government guidelines
