In addition to leading strategic organizational initiatives, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the entire Human Resource function of the hospital. This comprehensive role encompasses areas such as Compensation, Benefits Administration, CQI, Education, Employment Services, HRIS, and Labor Relations. The Director will further contribute to the growth of supervisory and management personnel by developing and coordinating various training programs, seminars, and courses.

Supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff, the Director of Human Resources will oversee direct reports, including Human Resources staff, Payroll, and Employee Health. Additionally, the Hospital HR Director will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations in all human resources activities.
