The Critical Care Nurse Manager with this notable medical center will be joining an advanced hospital that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, 24/7 Emergency Services, and an advanced Intensive Care Unit.
The ICU Nurse Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit consisting of Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other skilled healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Critical Care and will be responsible for building and developing a new team, day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with other department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. A candidate with their Bachelors in Nursing (BSN), a valid and current Registered Nursing License, and prior leadership experience in Critical Care Services will make for quick interviews!
