This role will require fiscal management of multiple departments, being a collaborative leader, a resource for physicians, nurse managers, facility, staff, students, patients and their family members, as well as all the other employees. Applicants with more than 8 years of experience and more than 3 years of progressive leadership experience will earn a fast interview. You should have your current RN and have a compact or be able to obtain a TX RN license upon hire.
