The Critical Care ICU RN Director will oversee 40+ beds and 70+ FTEs. With an experienced Intensive Care team working under them, the Critical Care Nurse Director will have the support to meet and exceed the goals of the department. The RN Director Critical Care ICU will report directly to the CNO to keep them informed on the operations of the department, and will have the support of a Critical Care Nurse Manager, Intensive Care Nurse Supervisors, ICU Nurse Manager, and an experienced CCRN support team.

As the ICU Critical Care Nurse Director, you will be accountable for overseeing unit operations, maintaining a fiscally sound budget, and ensuring that your staff and department are operating at the highest level possible. The RN Critical Care ICU Director will specifically oversee the Neuro ICU, and will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital Critical Care or ICU specialty.
