The Nurse Emergency will oversee a dedicated staff of Emergency Registered Nurses, Emergency Nurse Educator, Emergency Assistant Nurse Manager, and support unit staff.
The Emergency Nurse Manager will oversee a fairly new ED with 30+ beds that was designed for optimal space, efficiency, and privacy. The Nurse Manager will oversee this Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department that sees over 30,000 visits per year.
The Emergency Nurse Manager will join an acute care hospital revered for providing quality care to their community. This outstanding facility and hospital organization has an expansive network, providing great room for career growth.
The RN Manager Emergency will report to the Nurse Director Emergency Services and work with the Emergency Nurse Director on department initiatives. The Emergency Nurse Manager will coordinate with Physicians and fellow Nursing Leaders throughout the hospital to ensure standards and patient care on the unit are aligned with hospital mission and best practices.
The RN Manager Emergency will be in charge of unit budgeting, staffing, and quality and performance and improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nursing leadership, previous leadership experience, and Emergency nursing experience.
