The Administrative RN House Supervisor will maintain operational aspects of the patient care units in the absence of Department Managers / Nurse Managers during assigned shift. The House RN Supervisor will contribute to nursing and hospital through support of philosophy and objectives, education and research efforts. The ideal Administrative House Nurse Supervisor will have two years clinical experience in addition to one year experience in nursing management. The Administrative RN House Manager will have strong managerial and communication skills with leadership, initiative, integrity, creativity and sound judgment.
