A reputable, non-profit 150+ patient bed medical center is currently seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Care Coordination!
This exciting opportunity for a Manager of Behavioral Health Care Coordination is a remote position, with a requirement for onsite presence anywhere from 4-6 times per year. In this role, the Manager of Behavioral Health Care Coordination will be tasked with leveraging clinical expertise and system improvement skills to enhance Behavioral Health Care Coordination services. Responsibilities encompass ensuring contract compliance, navigating Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), and driving system transformation with a specific emphasis on integrating whole person health. The position requires a deep understanding of Medicaid, continuum of care, state and Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) regulations, and the ability to identify gaps for constructive support and change.
Ideal qualifications for the Manager of Behavioral Health Care Coordination include a Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. The ideal candidate must hold current, unencumbered Oregon credential/licensure in one of the specified categories, such as LCSW, LPC, PhD or PsyD in Psychology, CSWA, LMSW, or LMFT.
Additionally, the Manager of Behavioral Health Care Coordination will oversee and monitor treatment-based services, taking charge of team management. The role necessitates adherence to Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours.
