This not for profit hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center. It is JCAHO accredited and has received Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award.

The RN Nursing Manager Operating Room will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of 12 ORs, 2 Endo rooms, Preop, and PACU. The OR Nurse Manager will report to the CNO and have oversight of 40 FTEs, budget, staffing, training, education and making sure all hospital and unit based competencies are met. 

Educational requirements for this position include a North Dakota state RN license, BSN, CNOR preferred and 2 years of clinical nursing experience within an acute care hospital Operating Room. Masters in Nursing and prior leadership experience is preferred. The OR Manager will work day shift with occasional after hours support as needed.
