The Long Term Care Assistant Nurse Director will report directly to the Director of Long Term Care. They will be responsible for the daily nursing operations including clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the facility. The ADON will work directly with the hospital wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care.
The ADON LTC will be responsible for overseeing Performance Improvement initiatives, PRI and MDI Processes, and Safety Committee. Qualifications include: BSN, NY State Nursing License, 4 years leadership experience, and knowledge of NYS Health Regulations.
