An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Nurse Coordinator Surgical Services to join their award-winning healthcare team.
For more than a century, this 35-bed critical access hospital has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services.
Reporting to the Director of Surgical and Anesthesia Services, the Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for leading all clinical operations for the ambulatory surgery department. The Nurse Coordinator will serve as the lead between the hospital, surgical clinics, and surgical patients. The Nurse Coordinator will also work closely with the Anesthesia team, provides support to the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery program, supports organization procedures, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, and helps oversee the department fiscal budget.
