I am looking for a STRONG and seasoned nurse leader for an opportunity as a Pediatric Nurse Manager for a pediatric outpatient office within Massachusetts. 

This is a primary care pediatric practice consisting of a large team of multidisciplinary professionals. Including general pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, and behavioral health specialists. As the Assistant Nurse Director of Pediatrics you will directly report to the Nursing Director, and oversee a team of 20 FTEs including nurses and medical assistants. Duties will include mentoring, budgeting, scheduling, and training.
