Requirements:

• Acute Care Hospital Experience: You should have prior experience in an acute care hospital setting to effectively manage the rational antibiotic therapy and the critical care or high-risk patient populations.
• PharmD Degree
• New York State Registration: A current New York State Registration is required to practice as a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist.
