An award-winning teaching hospital located in central Connecticut is currently searching for an experienced RN Coordinator Clinical Outcomes and Infection Control to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The RN Coordinator Clinical Outcomes and Infection Control will join a mid-sized community hospital that provides care to more than 15,000 inpatient and nearly 200,000 outpatient visits annually. This medical center offers a wide variety of specialized medical and surgical services including behavioral health, cardiology, emergency and critical care, oncology, perioperative, birthing services, and much more.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Improvement, the RN Coordinator will lead the hospital quality improvement and infection control operations. The RN Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a hospital-wide infection control program, evaluates quality control initiatives, provides surveillance to current hospital programs, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, works with the Infection Disease Physician, and serves as a resource for the clinical and administrative teams for all things pertaining to infection control, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
