The RN Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at this commendable facility will be joining a beautiful, 400+ patient bed, Level II Trauma Center. This RN Director of Quality, and Performance Improvement will have administrative oversite of the development and implementation of the hospital’s quality and performance improvement program. The Director of Quality Management will assist in developing metrics in quality to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance to maintain a high-level of patient care. This experienced individual will demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient-relationship development.
Further responsibilities in this role include the facilitation of corrective action, patient assessment, and resolution of family/visitor issues as well as maintenance of open communication with other department leaders. The Nurse Director of Quality Management will report directly to the Vice President of Risk and Quality Management. A CPHQ certified Registered Nurse with experience in healthcare administration, case management, utilization review, or quality management in the acute care setting will make for quick interviews!
