The Medical Surgical Nurse Director will be joining a highly-functioning, advanced medical center that is home to numerous inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, heart care, pregnancy and childbirth, and most commonly, orthopedic and bariatric surgery. On the MedSurg floor, the unit is comprised of comfortable patient beds, a full staff of healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses, Techs, anesthesiologists, and physicians. The patients that are cared for in this department experience a range of medical needs dealing with COPD, chronic pain, wound care, ortho, trauma and bariatrics.

This MedSurg department experiences a high inpatient volume and is known for their tight-knit and welcoming culture.
