JOB DESCRIPTION
We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Incineration Operator- Compliance Inspector. Responsible for evaluating and documenting compliance requirements for the Incineration Area to maintain regulatory requirements defined in Regulatory Operating Permits and Federal/State Regulations. Position will cross-train to support incineration group and assist in Subpart BB audits as necessary.
Day Shift -Monday thru Friday, 45 hour week, overtime requires prior approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Compliance Inspections and documenting/reporting
- 2 x daily area observations requiring correction to maintain compliance
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Monitoring (Hydrocarbon, PSV) as required
- Weekly Opacity Monitoring
- Subpart BB/LDAR Monitoring
- Maintain proper LDAR tag information & ensure correlation to P&ID's (audits may be completed as required)
- Compliance training for incineration operators
- Development and implementation of area and SOP training as schedule allows
- Other Compliance Inspections/Monitoring that may be required as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Degree/GED required
- Valid US DL Required
- Knowledge of DOT and EPA laws/regulations (preferred)
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient understanding of math, chemistry, and chemical testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (required) and AutoCAD (preferred)
- This is 100% Onsite in Kimball, NE, No Remote Work
