The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
LPN Range $29-$34/HR*

Shifts:
Nights Tues, Thur, Fri
Weekend Days 0800-1600 and Nights 1600-0800
Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Responsibilities of the LPN• Assess patient's condition and chart effectively• Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review• Some cases may require physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care.• Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults with special needs such as;tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have..
