Direct Support Professional
Description of ResponsibilitiesWorking in the home and community environment responsible for the delivery of quality one on one services to Intellectual and Developmentally Delayed individuals and implementing their goals as outlined in the Person Centered Plan. Care may also involve activities of daily living and communication with other members of the individuals’ multi-disciplinary team. Completion of all documentation in accordance with state and program regulations, Aveanna Healthcare policies and procedures, and any applicable accreditation standards.
Shifts needed are as follows:Wednesday, 8-10am and 3-7pmSaturday 8am-2pmYoung woman needs transportation to access the community. Mileage is reimbursed for travel during shifts. Driver’s License and Personal vehicle with up to date insurance and registration required.
No experience necessary, we will provide and pay for your training!
