The Transportation Supervisor under the general direction of the General Manager, Tours and Recreation, oversees the CDL Drivers and ensures adherence to the shuttle schedule.
Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to dispatch and scheduling
Responsible for receiving calls for service; prioritizes and coordinates the service requests
Works closely with management and the dispatch team to communicate needs and ensure timely guest service
Performs fleet assessments, incident reporting and maintains records and documentation of service requests on appropriate software
Provides customer service and maintains a friendly demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers
Manages a team of 10 CDL Shuttle Drivers
Works closely with the Fleet Manager, DOT Coordinator, and Human Resources.
Assists in driving shuttles as needed based on business need

Previous experience in transportation dispatch or related field preferred
At least 1 year leading a team including performance management
Solid understanding of DOT and CDL rules and regulations including best practices
Must have a solid understanding of common software applications
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attentional to detail
Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal
A Class B Commercial Driver License is required for this role
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
