AmeriPro Roofing, the # 1 Residential Roofing Contractor in the nation, is now hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Career team! This position is hybrid on an alternating schedule. The Recruiting Coordinator plays an instrumental part in keeping stability within departments and fostering growth by hiring the most qualified candidates for each role leading to build a strong employer brand.
This is a full cycle recruiting role. We are looking for candidates who possess strong sales skills with the ability to promote the position and our brand and or have specific recruiting experience filling commission based sales roles.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $52,000 - $65,000 / year (based on experience)
- Bonus opportunities (up to $6K every quarter)

- Full Time Office Position: Monday-Friday 8:30-5PM
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of full cycle Recruiting experience preferred (not required)
- Experience recruiting and filling sales or commissioned role a PLUS
- Candidates with a background in home improvement, door to door sales, or B2B industries/roles
- Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and or CRM strongly preferred
- Experience using social media to source candidates (LinkedIn or other platforms)
- Strong Phone presence, email etiquette and professionalism
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication & Organizational skills
- Call center staffing or relatable high volume recruiting preferred
Duties:
- Review and qualify applicants per job description and requirements
- Perform initial contact with applicants via phone, email, and texting software
- Conduct initial phone interview process with prospective candidates
- Schedule in person interviews for hiring managers for various departments
- Send offers /background checks/ follow up on existing offers
- Track and maintain organization of candidate pipeline through are ATS
- Build relationships with candidates for the future
- Send calendar invites to hiring managers and office staff for face to face interviews
- Responsible for maintaining hiring quotas for sales staff
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with candidates up to and through the interview process
- 50-75 Inbound/Outbound calls Daily
- Maintain incoming call queue
